Neutralization of Eotaxin 2 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR3. Samples were incubated in Eotaxin 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23851). Recombinant Mouse CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 (20 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.06‚0.3 µg/mL.
